Shipping and Return Policy

Most internet order are processed within two (2) days of  being placed. Once an order is processed, it typically takes approximately  3 - 5 business days to ship to your location. Please be advised that these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, inventory, etc. You can check the status of your order via your Order History page.  Here at le stelle we care about your customer experience, and partner only with reliable and reputable delivery services to ensure that your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Should an issue arise with your package(s), a member of the le stelle customer service team will reach out to you to resolve the matter. 
 

le stelle accepts returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products within 7 days of receipt:

  • We unable to process returns or exchanges on items that have been opened and/or used.

  • Only items returned for warranty defects may be returned with opened packaging.

  • Please reference the usual manual for full warranty information and instructions on proper usage for each product

  • Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.

  • We can only process returns and exchanges / warranty claims for items purchased online at the official le stelle Online Shop. Please include your order number for reference.
